2. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including: (a) Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number, company name, and your message; (b) Training enrolment — name, email, phone, and payment details processed via our secure payment partners (Paystack/Flutterwave); (c) Project enquiries — project details, budget range, and business information. We also collect limited technical data automatically, including page visit timestamps, referring URLs, and browser type for analytics purposes (we do not use invasive tracking).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to: respond to your enquiries; manage project engagements and client relationships; process training enrolments and payments; send you relevant updates about your project or course (you can opt out at any time); improve our website and services; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following legal bases: (a) Contract — to fulfil service agreements and training contracts; (b) Legitimate interests — to manage our business relationships and improve our services; (c) Consent — for marketing communications (where you have specifically opted in); (d) Legal obligation — where required by Nigerian law.

5. Data Retention

We retain client and enquiry data for 7 years after the end of an engagement, in line with standard Nigerian business record-keeping requirements. Training records are kept indefinitely to support certification verification. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Our staff are trained in data handling best practices. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority within 72 hours.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations); object to processing for marketing purposes; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject "Data Rights Request".
